6.1. Add Epics and Sync this Information

Azure DevOps supports additional work organization objects.  Follow the Microsoft documentation to add and name Epics, so that work objects are organized in both Azure DevOps and Project Online.

Hint: Don't forget to Publish to Project after you have made your changes.

As you make progress on your tasks in Azure DevOps, update the Remaining and Completed work, and then synchronize this with Project Online.  These updates will be reflected in the Project Online plan, showing progress within the overall project as work is completed by the development team in Azure DevOps.
