The Timesheet Analyzer report provides summary and detailed information about time tracked in the Project Online timesheets.  There are filters to focus on specific timesheet period(s), timesheet approver(s), role(s), and timesheet status(es).  Report level filters include Portfolio, Program, Project, Project Owner, Status, and Timesheet Owner.

This Timesheet Compliance by Approver page shows detailed timesheet hours broken down by period, per timesheet approver, per resource, per timesheet status.
